Germany, England, Russia, Japan, and the United States are sure to come up, but many more countries get left out. The other nations of the world were involved, though—and we forget that some of those places did a lot more than you might realize.

  2. Shame on you Mr. Oliver!!! What is this, revision of WWII history?????? Where is Marshall Tito’s partisans army of Yugoslavia??????? it should be placed at least at second place (but only in a case if russians are First, otherwise at the top)!!!!!!
