Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing Julie Swetnick in her sexual misconduct claim against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, has threatened to sue Dennis Ketterer over statements he made during an exclusive interview on KSL Newsradio.

Ketterer appeared to KSL’s Dave & Dujanovic yesterday to discuss his allegation that Swetnick was a willing participant in an incident she has described as a “gang rape”.

KSL Newsradio provided Avenatti with a copy the interview and invited him to appear on the show to respond to Ketterer’s statements. Avenatti, instead, sent this response:

“Complete garbage. My client will be suing Mr. Ketterer for defamation for his bogus and outrageous statements.”

A Vernal Middle School teacher looked on and did nothing as two girls viciously beat a classmate.

That, at least, is what the victim’s mother, Tonya Hiner alleges. She says that videos of the beating taken by students show one of the teachers doing nothing to protect her daughter.

“I am outraged,” Hiner told KSL. “I am angry that anybody would think that that is okay, to just let a kid get hurt like that.”

Here’s what every witness to Brett Kavanaugh’s alleged assaults has said happened

Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment to the Supreme Court erupted into chaos when Dr. Christine Blasey Ford alleged that, during a party in 1982 when they were in high school, Kavanaugh pinned her down and attempted to rape her.

Since then, three other women have come forward alleging that they, like Dr. Ford, were sexually abused or harassed by Brett Kavanaugh during his younger years.

Kavanaugh himself, however, has repeatedly denied every accusation against him, and he has not been proven guilty in any court of law. And many of his friends and classmates have come out supporting him, either speaking out in support of his character or outright denying his role in the attack.

Nobody knows for sure what really happened that night in 1982, but the best way to find out is to listen to the witnesses. We’ve put together statements from every witness who has spoken out on the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh so that you can judge for yourself.

When Sailors from Ancient Egypt Discovered the World is Not Flat, No One Listened

The first ship to sail around Africa left from Egypt sometime around 600 BC. Their only goal was to find another way to the straits of Gibraltar. But by watching the sky overhead, they discovered something they’d never expected: the first hints that the world is not flat, but round.

When they reached the southern tip of Africa and started sailing west, the sailors reported back to their homes that they noticed that the sun’s position had changed in the sky. Now it rose and fell in the north instead of the south.

It was a small detail – but for a civilization that believed the world they lived on was flat, it was a discovery that challenged everything they thought they understood about their world. And it was such a radical discovery that most people refused to believe it.

We Used This Chinese Method to Potty Train Our Son In a Week

When my son was 2-years-old, we lived in China and enrolled him in a local daycare. He was still in diapers ⏤ because, well, he was 2-years-old and that’s how toddlers are supposed to be ⏤ but to the women at the daycare, we were barbarians.

In her mind, even the kids who were too young to talk could tug on a woman’s dress to let her know they had to go potty. And here we were, strolling in with some poor kid who hadn’t been potty trained and was still waddling around in his own soiled pants.

“No good,” the manager told us. “We will fix this.”

And she did. In one week.
